Constructive Pioneers is a new nonprofit organisation that supports engineers and science innovators in improving the places we depend on.
The organisation got in touch requesting a new, simple, modern website that would visually align with the new branding designed by Green Truffle.
The website has a clean, modern dark style that primarily uses shades of purple and orange. The homepage features a large, animated masthead slider and minimalist overlay typography. Arial was chosen as the primary font for headings and body text. This resulted in clean, easy-to-read typography throughout the site.
Stylised content patterns, such as interactive cards, timelines, and sliders, were made available for easy deployment via the CMS.
Primary navigation is presented as an accessible drop-down menu that can also be controlled via the keyboard. The rest of the website is fully responsive, ensuring it renders and functions well across all devices.
The site is managed using ProcessWire and built using the UIKit front-end framework.
Constructive Pioneers is a Kirby Laing Foundation initiative.
Features: Bespoke Design, Responsive, Members Area, News, Minimalist, Accessibility, SEO, CMS, MailChimp, Identity.
