Haringey Association for Independent Living (HAIL) is a voluntary organisation supporting people with a learning disability to access housing within the community. They offer support to help people become more independent, to make choices, and have control over their own lives.

Hail identified its primary target audience as other professional organisations with shared values, present/future staff and their key client group, people with learning disabilities.
It became quite clear from the early stages of the discovery phase that usability and accessibility was to be a primary focus. It was also important that the website graphical style would need to have a business 'feel', without being too 'corporate'. Simply put, the Hail website would need to be easy on the eye and very easy to use!
It was important that the employment and news pages were easy to update, maintain and keep current.
To accomplish this a small CMS was introduced to enable staff to upload files, manage the jobs page and post fresh news content. Suspire Media provided Hail with a one off training session and an easy step-by-step guide on how to use the CMS.
